Shipping Policy

Pearl of Perth offers free tracked shipping on all orders within Australia.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, delivery is usually estimated at 7 to 11 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and can vary because of carrier demand, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow a short time for the carrier to register its first tracking update.

Address changes

Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If you need to change an address, email hello@pearlofperth.com as soon as possible. We can only help before the order has been dispatched.
