Return and Refund Policy

At Pearl of Perth, we want you to feel confident in your order. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, an item must be unworn and have its tags attached.

Please email hello@pearlofperth.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions case by case. Do not send an item back before receiving those instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer unless we tell you otherwise.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, email hello@pearlofperth.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Pearl of Perth covers the cost in these cases. You do not need to return the item unless we specifically ask you to. After we assess the issue, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. This applies to sale items too.

Refund timing

Where a return is required, we will notify you once it has been received and assessed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available.
