Full-price items

• Contact hello@pearlofperth.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.
• Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Sale items

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on sale items. This applies to items purchased at a reduced or clearance price.

Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or is otherwise covered by a consumer guarantee, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover reasonable return costs where required.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply to discounted goods and cannot be excluded.
